TESTIMONIALS

We plan to add resident testimonials (of no more than 3 sentences) to the website. Please choose 3 to 5 seniors who would like to provide a written testimonial of why they like their EHDOC community. We need a headshot taken against a plain background and a Talent Release form for each. Click here to download the Talent Release form, print one for each resident, and obtain signatures and their testimonial.

Type the resident’s testimonial text (no more than 3 sentences) below in the area provided to be sure we can read it, and upload the headshot and the Talent Release form for each. We will list residents with First Name, last initial, as “Maria T.” Your resident testimonial may or may not be chosen for use and we will likely rotate groups at a time.
